RESOLUTION OF:Maxwell Park and Recreation District

ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 FINAL BUDGET FOR SPECIAL DISTRICT OPERATING FUNDS 

WHEREAS, California Government Code section 29080 et seq. outlines the necessary steps for adoption of a special district budget, including but not limited to: obtaining a balanced budget, supplying ample notice to the public of the availability of the budget documents and comment period, and conducting public hearings on the recommended budget; and

WHEREAS,on(Date)_6/9/2025__at (Time) ___6:00PM________the Board of Trustees conducted a public hearing on the proposed budget; and

WHEREAS, the public hearing was concluded and closed on (Date)_6/9/2025; and 

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Trustees hereby adopts the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Final Budget.
