RESOLUTION NO.MPRD 26-01

RESOLUTION OF Maxwell Park and Recreation District

ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 FINAL BUDGET FOR SPECIAL DISTRICT OPERATING FUNDS 

WHEREAS, California Government Code section 29080 et seq. outlines the necessary steps for adoption of a special district budget, including but not limited to: obtaining a balanced budget, supplying ample notice to the public of the availability of the budget documents and comment period, and conducting public hearings on the recommended budget; and

WHEREAS, on (Date)Thursday May 7th,2026  at (Time) 7:00pm the Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on the proposed budget; and

WHEREAS, the public hearing was concluded and closed on (Date)____________________    ___________; and 

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Trustees hereby adopts the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Final Budget.
